Catan - New Energies takes the core gameplay of the Catan you know and love, and brings it into the 21st Century. Catan is at a turning point in it's history, as energy is needed to power all of the Catanian's electrical needs. You must decide how they get that energy. Do you invest in renewable, clean energy sources, or go for the cheaper, faster fossil fuels, potentially causing disasterous effects for the island at large. 

This new, standalone Catan game has the same gameplay elements of the core Catan experience, with new gameplay elements involving power plants, energy tokens, and enviornmental events that add new strategies to your games!
