Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship products outside of the United States of America.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We can ship to any address in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next quarter pound.
IN-STORE PICK UP
If you would like to pick up at One Eyed Jacques, select "Pick Up" at checkout. Please wait until you receive a second confirmation email letting you know that the order is ready. You may find the store hours on our homepage.
COLLECTION INTAKE
We offer collection intake services for cash and store credit! Please note that offers are only good for one week. After 1 month from the appraisal, collections left in holding will be processed as store credit or discarded in the event no cash or credit offer has been made. Store credit cannot be transferred to cash or into another account.
Offers of cash or store credit are based on factors including, but not limited to, condition, completeness, and value on the secondary market. Offers of store credit can be accepted and completed over the phone but offers of cash must be accepted and collected in person. Collections must be paid out before we take them into inventory. Checks are available upon request but may take up to a week to process.
All large collections have an appraisal fee of $10/hour if a given offer is rejected. Large collections include but are not limited to the following: Board game lots over 10 games, card collections over 1000 cards, and pre-painted miniature lots over 100 figures. The fee is automatically waived if no offer is given on the collection.
One Eyed Jacques will only take in collections in person at the store. We are currently not able to offer collection intake services via the Site.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our website is capable of processing payments from the following providers:
American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Paypal, Visa, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Any other credit cards or payment options cannot be processed by our systems.
PRODUCT PRICING
All pricings listed on our website are in USD.
We may occasionally have temporary discounts and promotions for specific items and product lines. All discounts and promotions are time sensitive. One Eyed Jacques reserves the right to end any discounts and promotions at any time. Any order placed before or after any discounts or promotional events are not eligible for said discounts and promotions.

PREORDER
One Eyed Jacques is proud to provide preorder options for select items prior to the official release date. All preordered items must be paid in full upon placing the order. Any item labeled with the word “preorder” or placed in our Preorder section is meant to serve as an advance order. Preordered items will not be ready to be picked up or sent out for shipping until the product is released.
The quantity noted on our preorder items indicate the stock we have left based on our current order from our distributors.
REFUNDS
Some orders may be subjected to refunds. The reasons leading to a refund include but are not limited to the following:
- Ordering products beyond the purchase limit
- Suspicious activity
- Previous infractions to our cancelation policy
RETURN POLICY
One Eyed Jacques has a 30 day return policy for items purchased in store. For items bought in store, unopened product(s) and the original receipt are required for a refund.
For items purchased on the Site, items must return sealed and in their original condition/packaging within two weeks of delivery. One Eyed Jaques is not liable for any shipping fees regarding returns. One Eyed Jacques will charge a 15% restocking fee on any product that is returned unless you are electing to have the refund added as store credit to your account.
For used/discounted games and trading card games, all sales are final and non returnable.
Please contact us if the item you purchased has defective/missing components and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive email notifications as we receive, pull, and ship your items. We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. Please note that some orders may take time to fulfill due to reasons beyond our control.
OUT OF STOCK
If an item that you have purchased is out of stock, we will refund the cost of that item to your account and ship any remaining items. If we know that the item will be restocked soon we will instead hold your order until the item is restocked so that we can send you all the items at the same time.
CANCELATION POLICY
All order cancellations on items ordered through our website can/may be noted. Multiple noted cancellations may result in one or more of the following actions:

Loss in ability to place orders for Preorder items

Loss in ability to choose the Pay Later option for items being picked up in store

Loss in ability to place in store pick up orders
Under extreme circumstances One Eyed Jaques may reserve the right to refuse service which may result in orders being canceled and refunded.
One or two cancellations will NOT place any restrictions on your orders.
