Amidst the winding white walls of Wolfe Asylum is a mistress of madness, the Ratchet Lady, whose idea of "care" is far more sinister than your worst nightmare - turning all who she treats into bloodthirsty maniacs!  You have the choice to try and calm these poor patients or kill them to save your own skin, and the only way to end the cycle of sickness is to take down the Ratchet Lady herself. 

Will you escape this padded prison, or will you be her next victim?
