Golden Sky Stories is a Japanese RPG by Ryo Kamiya that takes 2-4 players and a Narrator on a journey through the lives of henge (pronounced hen-gay) as they navigate everyday hurdles in their small, cozy town.  This RPG is non-violent and heartwarming, entirely focused on interpersonal relationships with a dash of magic.  Players can be a cat, dog, raccoon, rabbit, bird, or fox, and expansions are available to add more animal options!
