In Rat-A-Tat Cat, take turns drawing and exchanging cards in order to create a four card hand with the lowest total value. Each card depicts animal, and either a number 1-9 or a special ability. Use cards with special abilities to draw extra cards, spy on your oppenents, and trade cards with other players. Remember what other players have, keep track of what's still in the deck, and try your hardest to get your score as low as possible. Will you be a cool cat amongst the rats?
