The Job is a one-shot style RPG inspired by movies like Ocean's Eleven and RPGs like Fiasco.  Players take on the roles of theives planning their next big heist and features two phases to play: Preparation and Action.  First, you plan how you'll do it and gather gear within a budget. 

Then, you actually have to execute that plan... and navigate any of its flaws. This phase involves a very tangible manifestation of your carefully laid plan's success: a wobbly dice stack that, should it fall, could spell complete disaster.
